Our last morning in Bellingham was bittersweet. We had such a nice relaxing time and always love spending time with Auntie Annie! On our way out of town, we met her at Woods right inside her work building! She had taken us on a tour of her place of work earlier in the week...seems like a pretty cool place to work!
Isla really warmed up to Auntie Annie and had some good QT with her!
Both kids had a great time with her (as did we!).
She even took this lovely family photo for us :).
Miles wanted to take a walk around town, so we wandered around the block.
We got in the car around 12:30 to hit the road. We stopped at Tulalip to get a bottle for Isla (who fell asleep the second we hit I5 and woke up screaming right at Tulalip). She slept for a couple hours and we powered through. We stopped at a rest stop just east of the pass for a quick potty break and then not again until Moses Lake. The kids were wonerful! They played nicely, colored, read books and generally minded their own business in the back seat :).
We stopped at Moses Lake for a little break and grabbed some ice cream.
Door to door (Bellingham to our house) took 6.5hours with three quick stops! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
